Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations for orders before the product has been shipped. If you cancel your order before shipping, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products, and customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item along with the necessary tracking information, we will process your refund within 2-7 business days. Shipping & Returns
Customers are only charged once for shipping costs, including returns. No restocking fees will be applied for product returns. If the product was shipped free of charge, we will inform you of the return shipping costs, which may be estimated based on our original shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the customer’s choice, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fee, based on the carrier selected. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, the customer will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
